By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or receiving services at Casa Glow Studio, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including health concerns, inappropriate behavior, or failure to follow our policies.

Casa Glow Studio provides cosmetic and aesthetic services including facials, brow lamination, lash lift, waxing, tinting, and related treatments. All services are performed by licensed or trained professionals in a private studio setting.

Descriptions and prices on our website are subject to change. We will confirm the final service and price at the time of your appointment.

Appointments can be requested through our online booking system. Submission of a booking request does not guarantee confirmation. We will confirm your appointment by email, text, or WhatsApp within 24 hours, or sooner when possible.

We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a cancellation fee or denial of service.

If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We may need to shorten your service to stay on schedule.

Your safety is our priority. You must disclose all relevant health and skin information before your treatment, including allergies, medications, pregnancy, recent procedures, and use of products such as retinol, exfoliating acids, or Accutane.

We reserve the right to refuse or modify a service if we believe it may be unsafe based on the information you provide or our professional assessment.

You agree to follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions. Failure to do so may affect your results and may increase the risk of adverse reactions.

Payment for services and products is due at the time of service or order confirmation unless otherwise agreed. We currently coordinate product orders through WhatsApp and will confirm payment methods before completing your order.

Service fees are non-refundable once the service has been performed. If you experience a concern after your treatment, contact us within 48 hours so we can assess the situation and discuss a fair resolution.

Gift cards and promotional offers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

Cosmetic treatments carry inherent risks, including but not limited to redness, irritation, sensitivity, allergic reactions, skin lifting, burns, or unsatisfactory results. By receiving services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Casa Glow Studio and its staff are not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from undisclosed health conditions, failure to follow aftercare instructions, or individual skin reactions that could not reasonably be foreseen.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and service descriptions, is the property of Casa Glow Studio or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
